Local Pickup

All online orders are currently available for pickup from KANI Studio in Nassau.

Orders are typically ready within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready. Please wait for this notification before visiting the studio.

Pickup instructions and the studio location will be provided with your order confirmation.

Shipping

KANI does not currently offer local delivery or shipping. All orders placed through our website must be collected from KANI Studio.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size or colour selections, or personal preference.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, materially defective, or materially misdescribed item, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
